Cecilia, the founder of CB Space Wellness Hawaii, is an experienced yoga instructor and reiki master. Her primary mission is to create a safe and private space for one to maintain their wellness journey. Chair Yoga cam improve balance, strength, flisibility, posture, muscle tone, mental clarity and more. Free to members. $5 for non-members
